Ibiza Dream House by Jaime Serra

The Casa Jondal was designed by Jaime Serra and it’s located in Ibiza, Spain. The 380 square meters residence combines perfectly the Spanish rustic style elements of architecture with contemporary concepts. The design of this modern dream home consists in two different volumes, the common area with the master bedroom and a secondary volume for guest bedroom which are sloping along the hillside. The two volumes were build using concrete brick on the outer side and ceramic brick for the inner side and the main entrance is made from sliding steel frames. The 485 square meters Mediterranean style courtyard impresses by its decorations, cactuses, olive trees, orange trees and other exotic vegetation but the main attraction of the Casa Jondal is the swimming pool build along the main volume of the house.
